Welcome to Tesla Lanka Tours! By booking our services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Terms

a. Agreement
By using our website or services, you accept these Terms and Conditions, forming a binding agreement between you and Tesla Lanka Tours.

b. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to book our tours.

c. Modifications
Tesla Lanka Tours reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will be posted on our website.

2. Booking and Payment

a. Booking Confirmation
Bookings are subject to availability and confirmed upon receipt of full or partial payment as specified.

b. Payment Methods
We accept payments via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or other methods specified on our website.

c. Late Payments
Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking without a refund of the deposit.

3. Cancellations and Changes

a. By the Client

• Cancellations must be made in writing via email to support@teslalankatours.com
• Refund eligibility depends on the timing of your      cancellation:
  • More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus any non-refundable costs.
  • 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund.
  • Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.

b. By Tesla Lanka Tours
In rare cases, we may cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political instability). In such cases, we will offer a full refund or an alternative tour.

c. Changes to Itinerary
Tesla Lanka Tours reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary due to operational reasons, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events.

4. Return and Refund Policy

a. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the approved cancellation. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

b. Non-Refundable Components
Certain services, such as flight tickets or third-party accommodations, may be non-refundable. These will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

c. Partial Refunds
If a portion of your tour is missed due to personal reasons, no partial refunds will be issued.

5. Client Responsibilities

a. Travel Documents
You are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, and other travel documents.

b. Conduct
Clients are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, guides, and other travelers. Disruptive behavior may result in termination of your tour without refund.

c. Health and Fitness
You must ensure you are physically fit for the tour activities. Notify us of any medical conditions or dietary requirements in advance.

6. Liability

a. Limited Liability
Tesla Lanka Tours is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the tour.

b. Third-Party Services
We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party services such as hotels, airlines, or local operators.

c. Force Majeure
We are not liable for cancellations or changes caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or political unrest.

7. Complaints and Disputes

a. Complaints
Any complaints should be reported to our team immediately during the tour or emailed to support@teslalankatours.com.

b. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes will be resolved in Sri Lankan courts.
